Allison Allbee is a co-founder at Ground Works Consulting where she partners with residents, organizers, and practitioners across the country to reimagine and design equitable housing and community development systems. She uses an intersectional lens to investigate how unjust systems bear down on our collective well-being and supports community leaders to advance transformative change through policy analysis, participatory planning, and community investment. Prior to founding Ground Works Consulting, Allison co-directed the Healthy Neighborhoods team at ChangeLab Solutions and oversaw the organization’s health and housing practice. She is currently a Senior Fellow at the Center for Community Investment. She graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a bachelor’s degree in community studies and received master’s degrees in architecture and city planning from UC Berkeley. Allison is a proud alumna of CCI’s inaugural class of Fulcrum Fellows.
