Chriselle Martinez is the CDFI Program Director at Inclusiv. During her time in the Fulcrum Fellowship, she was the Assistant Vice President of Membership Development for Nusenda Credit Union. During her tenure, she worked to increase Credit Union membership, nurture relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs), and help drive Nusenda’s change-making initiatives. She spent the first 10 years of her career in higher education, assisting students to navigate systems and bridging them to resources. Chriselle’s unique background of working in large systems with an educational background in Counselor’s Education allows her to aggregate systems experiences at a granular level.
