Helen Leung

Helen Leung is the Co-Executive Director of LA-Más, a nonprofit that fosters inclusive community development by working alongside lower-income, working class people of color to shape the future of their neighborhoods. Helen is a Los Angeles native raised by a working class, first generation Chinese family. Helen has extensive policy, program and community-based experience having worked for the City of Los Angeles, Living Cities, and U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Helen serves on the Los Angeles City Planning Commission and holds a master’s degree in public policy and urban planning from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
