
Melissa Kim believes solutions to complex social challenges are most effective when they are imaginative, pragmatic, and co-created with communities. She has more than 10 years of experience leading collaborations and capacity building with community-based organizations and resident leaders. Currently, Melissa is the Senior Program Officer of Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, & Strategy at LISC, a community development financial institution and intermediary. She continues to support community and economic development programs at various Philadelphia-based nonprofit organizations. She earned her MS in Community and Regional Planning and JD from Temple University and a BA from Amherst College. Melissa is a proud alumna of CCI’s Fulcrum Fellowship.
