Healthy Homes & Communities
NeighborWorks America
The Health Partner Investment Action Lab helps NeighborWorks America affiliates understand how health institutions approach upstream investment in affordable housing. Participants receive funding and capacity building support to work with health institutions to improve the health and wellbeing of their communities by increasing affordable housing.
National Council of State Housing Agencies
NCSHA’s Healthy Housing, Healthy Communities (H3C) partnership aims to support state Housing Finance Agencies to leverage their central role in the affordable housing system to engage health systems in addressing the housing affordability crisis in America.
An Innovative Statewide Approach
Greater Minnesota Housing Fund
The Minnesota Housing and Health Equity Fellowship unites health care professionals to advance upstream investments in affordable housing to improve community health across the state using GMHF’s Housing & Health Equity Framework.
