Manager, Finance and Operations

CCI’s Manager of Finance and Operations  is responsible for management of  accounting, administration and logistics, contracts, people and culture, and special projects, reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations.

Operations Assistant

CCI is seeking a creative self-starter with a strong learning orientation to join our team. The right candidate will combine an interest in the big picture with the ability to pay close attention to detail. The Operations Assistant will support the execution and impact of CCI’s staff events and the activities of the Center overall through administrative support.  CCI is striving to incorporate racial equity and justice in its programming and outreach.  We strongly encourage candidates with such an interest and commitment to apply.

Program Associate, Leadership Development

Reporting to the Program Manager, Leadership Development, the Program Operations Associate will be a member of the team that executes the Fulcrum Fellowship and Field Catalyst programs and weaves together a network of current and past CCI program participants. The Program Operations Associate’s responsibilities include project coordination and administrative support to ensure seamless in-person and virtual learning experiences and proactively contributing insights to shape program design.

Intern, Social Media

We are seeking a college student with experience working in a professional setting, as well as a self-starter with written communications abilities, online literacy, and strong visual sensibility. Working closely with the Communications Department, the Social Media Intern will help amplify CCI’s publications and accomplishments while raising the profiles of our participants. Ideal candidates will be available for the rest of the fall 2023 semester into the spring of 2024. Candidates with interest in beginning during the Spring semester are welcome to apply, though no Internship position may be held for over six months. This is a paid opportunity.
