These relationships can help engage local institutions and developers in the collaborative work of developing a pipeline and shaping the enabling environment to create more stable and sustainable markets.
Facilitating Systems Change
It serves the bottom line when insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers, pools, and other related industry entities invest to deliver concrete social benefit to historically disinvested communities. These kinds of investments keep more people and places insurable, but institutional barriers often make this impossible. We want to know what it takes to change this dynamic.
