CCI offers leadership development opportunities based on our Capital Absorption Framework. To ignite lasting change in communities, leaders focus on community investment, racial equity, and adaptive leadership.

CCI brings together different types of leaders working across the country and equips them to lead transformational change, allowing participants to learn from each other and creating a multiplier effect.
