Annie Clark is chief strategy and partnership officer for Finance New Orleans, guiding Louisiana’s first green bank and financing climate resilience, affordable housing, and community infrastructure projects. She previously served as COO of the Recovery School District, managing the $2 billion School Facilities Master Plan that transformed public schools. Annie also serves on the boards of St. Augustine High School and the New Orleans Historic District Landmarks Commission.
