Chandra Christmas-Rouse is an urban planner, economic mobility strategist, and artist based in Chicago. As founding principal of Marie Consulting Group, she partners with social change leaders to help communities thrive and transform systems for equity. With a background in community development and environmental justice, she uses participatory design to advance place-based solutions. She holds degrees from Duke and Harvard.
