Charise Fong is a community development leader who advises organizations on strategy, scenario planning, and capacity building with a focus on cross-sector collaboration. She previously served as COO of EBALDC, developing healthcare partnerships and strengthening Healthy Neighborhoods strategies. Charise has served as interim CEO and CFO, spoken at national convenings, and co-authored a 2020 Stanford SSIR article. She was named one of the S.F. Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Business in 2021.
