Chris Norman is Chief of Staff at Oakland’s Housing & Community Development department. With over a decade of experience in affordable housing, racial equity, and leadership development, they focus on improving outcomes for low-income communities of color. Chris has led equitable investment strategies deploying $500M into vulnerable communities. They hold degrees from Dartmouth and the University of Southern California.
