Christen Wiggins is senior director for community wealth at the Chicago Community Trust, where she leads the Neighborhood Investment portfolio to strengthen local economies. She previously directed We Rise Together, mobilizing $50 million for post-COVID recovery and advancing regional equity. With more than 20 years in community development, she has worked in policy, housing, and nonprofit consulting. Christen holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MPP from the University of Chicago.
