Julie Lo is deputy director of programs at Housing California, where she leads statewide strategy and innovation to advance housing justice. With more than 15 years in nonprofit and government roles and lived experience of homelessness, she brings a systems-level perspective to policy change and movement building. She previously led the California Interagency Council on Homelessness and held leadership roles at SFMOMA, Larkin Street Youth Services, and Tipping Point Community. Julie holds an MPA from UC Berkeley.
