Olivia M. Rebanal is vice president of social enterprise and community capital at Ecotrust and president of the Ecotrust CDE. She leads reparative capital initiatives and oversees a New Markets Tax Credit portfolio aligned with equity, environment, and economy. With 25 years in community development finance, she has shaped national impact strategies and launched major initiatives, including the Michigan Good Food Fund. Olivia serves on multiple CDFI boards and holds degrees from Brown University and NYU Wagner.
