Sterling Johnson is a systems thinker and economic strategist advancing equitable opportunity across sectors. A native Atlantan, his passion for economic justice stems from the southern freedom movement and early community work. As Senior Program Officer of Atlanta’s Westside at the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, he leads advocacy, research, grantmaking, and programs promoting economic mobility. He holds degrees from Furman and Georgia State.
