Wendi Redfern-Curtis is deputy commissioner for development at Baltimore’s Department of Housing and Community Development, overseeing acquisition, disposition, grants, asset management, and project finance. She previously held senior roles with the D.C. Housing Finance Agency and ReBUILD Metro, where she expanded homeownership pathways and strengthened neighborhood revitalization. A Baltimore native with more than 25 years in community development, she holds a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
