Omar Carrillo Tinajero is the Director of Programs at the Center for Community Investment. In this role, he helps develop and lead initiatives that support local stakeholders advance their communities’ priorities. He previously managed the Center’s Connect Capital initiative, which supported six multi-sector partnerships attract and deploy capital to shift systems that create social change. Omar previously worked in housing, health, and community development policy in Oregon. He has a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard and a Bachelor’s from Princeton University.
