Romi Hall Head Shot 2
Director of Network and Influence

Romi Hall is CCI’s Director of Network and Influence. Romi brings a deep connection to the realities of our work and firsthand experience as a program alumna and network member. She brings a unique perspective to our work to expand and amplify our network and influence strategies.

Romi has worked for over 15 years at the intersection of health, housing, and community development in place-based and national initiatives. During her tenure at NeighborWorks, Romi strengthened the capacity of NeighborWorks network organizations to create healthier homes and communities and to center resident voice and health equity. Prior to NeighborWorks, Romi held backbone roles at two nationally recognized community development corporations: Beyond Housing and the East Bay Asian Local Development Corp (EBALDC). In these roles, Romi facilitated place-based, collective impact initiatives that generated over 400 new housing units, attracted a full-service grocery store, supported resident-led placemaking projects, and secured $20 million+ capital to create healthier neighborhoods for Black and Brown communities in Oakland, California and St. Louis, Missouri.

An alumna of CCI’s Fulcrum Fellowship and Field Catalyst programs, Romi will lead our growing efforts in network, influence, and curriculum. As part of the executive team, Romi will play a crucial role in expanding our network, engaging in field-level discussions to drive racial equity, and creating content to advance the field across a wide cross-sector audience.
