For nearly 15 years, Devin Culbertson has been focused on all aspects of real estate strategy for achieving affordability in sustainable and connected communities. He currently serves as the Vice President of Innovative Finance at Grounded Solutions Network. He brings experienced gained as Senior Program Director at Enterprise Community Partners, where he managed the Strong Prosperous and Resilient Communities Challenge (SPARCC) relationships in Denver, Chicago, and the Bay Area, and shaped capital and equitable development strategy for the initiative. Devin’s prior experience includes working in Enterprise’s tax credit equity group in the Pacific Northwest, creating a land acquisition loan fund in Seattle, and developing affordable multifamily housing and single-family homeownership projects.
