Molly Baltman Leonard serves as Vice President and Program Officer, Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She brings her experience as Director, Economic Opportunity for the Robert R. McCormick Foundation. Under her leadership, the foundation’s Communities Program developed a new grantmaking strategy to advance racial and economic equity by working closely with communities that have historically suffered disinvestment. Through partnership and collaboration, the Program now grants $13 million annually. Prior to joining McCormick, Molly served as Executive Director of Archeworks, and held various positions in the Child Welfare systems in Illinois and Michigan. She holds an M.A. from University of Chicago and B.S. from Michigan State University. She is a native of Detroit and has resided in Chicago since 1997.
