Organization: The Center for Community Investment (CCI), a sponsored project at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, works to ensure that all communities, especially those that have suffered from structural racism and policies that have left them economically and socially isolated, can unlock the capital they need to thrive. CCI has a well-established framework (capital absorption) and approach (racial equity and adaptive leadership) that community investment partnerships can use to mobilize investment capital in order to: create opportunities for affordable housing, jobs, climate resilience, and other drivers of well-being; advance racial equity; and make their communities more cohesive and environmentally sustainable. CCI’s ultimate goal is to transform the community investment system so that all communities have equitable access to capital and people with low incomes and people of color can shape the futures they want for themselves.

Location: This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Washington, D.C. Domestic travel is required, around 15% of the time, depending on organizational needs.
