Adriane Bond Harris is the Director of Connecting Capital and Community at the Center for Community Investment. Prior to joining CCI, Adriane was Chief of Staff with the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative, a national organization focused on using innovative multi-sector financing to preserve healthy, safe, and energy efficient homes for families, children, and older adults. Adriane worked in the affordable housing and community development field in Nashville, Tennessee, for over fifteen years, including directing the Mayor’s Office of Housing, where she focused on countywide housing policy and initiatives. Through her consulting firm and as a program manager for a local community development financial institution, she has direct experience consulting with governments, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses in expanding funding and programming. Adriane has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University. Adriane is also a CCI Field Catalyst and a proud alum of CCI’s inaugural class of Fulcrum Fellows.
