Adriane Bond Harris is Advisor, Community Investment for the Center for Community Investment. Prior to CCI, Adriane was Chief of Staff with the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative (GHHI), focused primarily on the preservation of healthy housing using innovative, multi-sector financing and a direct services model used in Baltimore, MD and cities across the country. Adriane worked in affordable housing and community development programs for over fifteen years in Metro Nashville-Davidson County, TN, including directing the Mayor’s Office of Housing, focused on countywide housing policy and initiatives.  She has direct experience consulting with governments, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses in grant funding and programming through her consulting firm and as a program manager for a local community development financial institution (CDFI). Adriane has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.  Adriane is a proud alumna of CCI’s inaugural class of the Fulcrum Fellows.
