Brent Elrod is the Managing Director of Planning & Development for Urban Housing Solutions (UHS). Since 2006, he has overseen acquisition, predevelopment, design, and construction for UHS through 26 separate projects (1,000+ apartments) with a combined cost of more than $110 million. Brent’s real estate development experience encompasses everything from site selection and acquisition to property management. Brent is a member of the Urban Land Institute-Nashville and the Nashville Civic Design Center. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in philosophy from The George Washington University.
