Lourdes is the Executive Director of the Public Finance Initiative – a non-profit that develops public finance programs that center environmental, social, and governance values to achieve long-term value creation that benefits society – and teaches at The Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Prior to that, Lourdes served as a public finance attorney, led investment banking efforts in the Northeast region at Fidelity Investments, was Vice President and General Counsel at Breckinridge Capital Advisors, served as a Director at the Lincoln Institute, and taught at various universities. Lourdes also co-authored the book Finance for City Leaders, published by the United Nations Press in 2017.
