Mary Kay Bailey, principal of MK Bailey Consulting, provides communications, planning, research and partnership support services to public, philanthropic and non-profit clients working on community development, homelessness, and other interdisciplinary urban policy issues. Previously, Bailey directed the Central Corridor Funders Collaborative and Corridors of Opportunity—initiatives designed to advance equitable development along the Twin Cities’ transitways through direct investment, policy change, and community-driven solutions. Bailey has worked as a transportation planner in New York City and a policy analyst at the Environmental Protection Agency. A graduate of the University of Minnesota and Columbia University, Bailey resides in San Antonio, Texas.
